Mission

To foster fraternity among the Tamil Speaking community living in Greater Toronto Area to create and promote interest and knowledge of Tamil language and culture in the community, by organizing educational, literary, cultural, social and charitable activities in a non-partisan, secular and non-political manner strictly conforming to the laws of the country.

Provide a unified forum for Tamils in this area: TT aims to provide a platform to facilitate genuine interaction and friendship among our Tamil Immigrants.

Tamil culture is unique in many respects. TT strives to promote and preserve Tamil culture

Celebrate Tamil festivals: To celebrate festivals such as Pongal /Tamil New Year or Deepavali every year.

Support social causes: Several TT members are involved in various social projects and continue extending their support to diverse charity causes.

Promote Tamil scholars and artists: To encourage Tamil Scholars ,Authors and artists to contribute for the growth of Tamil language.

Help of the others: To help other Tamilargal in Toronto and surrounding areas feel at home. Make them aware to stay informed on the laws of the land.

Make Tamil youth aware of our heritage: To educate and encourage Tamil youth to learn, appreciate, and abide by the Tamil culture

Inspire and Encourage Tamil Entrepreneurs: To provide a thriving platform for budding and established Tamil Entrepreneurs.

Who we are

Toronto Tamilargal(TT) is fully registered, non-profit, organization. The TT was founded by a Growth Driven Community Focused Individuals living in Toronto, Ontario. This is a modern Tamil community of young immigrants whose focus is on the growth and success of the people together.TT also actively reminds and celebrates the pride of Tamil Language and Culture within the Tamil Community in and around GTA and to the larger Canadian Community.

TT promotes harmonious integration of Tamilargal in their new home. No dream is small and TT would be proud to support those with dreams that aims to bring better value for the community.
